While I strive to recreate my artwork exactly, I make no guarantees about the finished product. Each piece of art is unique--whether it is a copy, custom, or print. As such, With this in mind, it is important to note that I retain all rights to my paintings, even after they leave my shop. This means no copying my work or selling it without my permission. Violators will be persecuted.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

All returns, if applicable, are to be requested 24 hours after receiving the product to ensure a full refund. The item must be in its original condition when it is returned to me. If the item is damaged, I will weigh the damage and deduct it from the refund.

All commissions are priced during appointments only. The agreed-upon price, once in writing, is non-negotiable.
