Art Lessons

This beginner course serves to provide students with a solida foundational knowledge of drawing, sketching, illustration and character design. It is a generalized art course that covers many topics such as composition, perspective, shading as well as different art styles like realism, cartoon, and more. Since there are a lot of materials used in this course, materials will be provided. Students will keep most of the materials provided once the course is completed. 

This course serves to give students a solid foundational knowledge of digital art. Common introductory concepts will also be revisited such as color theory, shading, and more. We recommend that students have some experience with drawing/sketching but it is not required. All coursework will be done on Procreate, a drawing app and requires an iPad and Apple Pencil or stylus.
